Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions within an integrated behavioral health setting. They are responsible for medication management, patient education, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support whole-person health outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Nursing and be certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse with prescriptive authority in Ohio. Exceptional communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems are required.
