Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services while overseeing patient assessments and treatment plans. Ensure regulatory compliance and provide ongoing training and support to staff to maintain clinical excellence.
Requirements
Requires a BCBA certification and experience in clinical leadership within an ABA setting. Candidates must demonstrate strong skills in staff mentorship, clinical oversight, and the development of individualized treatment plans.
