The Occupational Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and developing individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals. They must collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure accurate, timely documentation and billing.
Candidates must hold a valid Occupational Therapist license as required by the state Board of Occupational Therapy. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
