Full-Time Salary (Exempt) — for OTs that was a consistent caseload: your choice of a 30-, 32-, 36-, 38-, or 40-hour schedule, a dedicated caseload, and comprehensive benefits with recurring scheduling earnings opportunities.

Compensation: All Expressable clinicians are W2 employees.

Annualized base salary compensation between $67,000- $79,000. The more high demand hours you work, the higher your compensation through additional recurring schedule earnings.

What You’ll Do

• Provide remote occupational therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population
• Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform
• Deliver outcomes-focused care through meaningful collaboration and caregiver engagement
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans to support successful clinical outcomes
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time
• Participate in required training, clinical learning opportunities, and team communication
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) and individual NPI number
• Licensed in a key state
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
