About the Role

Join Expressable as a Occupational Therapist (100% Remote) in United States. Location: This position is primarily fully remote, with potential opportunities to work in-person as needed. Compensation: This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.

• Diagnose and develop care plans that address developmental needs, including fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, and activities of daily living (ADLs).

• Educate and empower caregivers on adaptive strategies, home programs, and the use of therapeutic tools to support carryover and long-term outcomes.

• Monitor progress, adapt interventions, and ensure safe, effective care in the home environment.

Requirements

• based populations, including Medicaid Preferred Skills and Experience Previous teletherapy experience Bilingual or multilingual capabilities (e. g., Spanish or other languages)

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $40-$54 per hour

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• Remote position - work from anywhere.

• No weekends required.
