The Opportunity
As Chief Nursing Officer, you'll oversee the strategic direction and operational performance of nursing services throughout the hospital. You'll serve as a trusted executive leader responsible for:

Qualifications
- What We're Looking For
- Active RN License (TN or eligible for reciprocity)
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- 6+ years of nursing experience (10+ years preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience
- Current or prior experience as a CNO, Associate CNO, Director of Nursing, or equivalent nursing leader
- Experience leading nursing operations within an inpatient behavioral health or psychiatric facility
- Proven ability to develop teams, improve quality outcomes, and drive employee engagement
- Strong executive presence with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization
