The Social Worker will provide mental health and addiction services, including clinical assessment, individual and group treatment, and education for clients facing complex Concurrent Disorders. This role involves sophisticated collaboration within interdisciplinary teams and participation in evidence-based service redesign and implementation.
Candidates must possess a Master of Social Work (MSW) and be in good standing with the OCSWSSW, demonstrating knowledge of Concurrent Disorders and relevant legislation like the Mental Health Act. Preferred qualifications include a post-graduate Mental Health and Addictions certificate, alongside 3 to 5 years of experience in psychiatric services, experience with Psychosocial Rehabilitation, and experience supporting individuals with complex mental illness.
