The Social Worker will provide individual, family, and group time-limited manualized therapy, focusing on clients with severe and persistent mental illness, including mood, anxiety, and borderline personality trait disorders. Responsibilities also include active collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, families, and partners to ensure recovery-oriented discharge transitions.
Candidates must possess a Master's in Social Work and be registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, holding current CPR-HCP certification. Preferred qualifications include 3-5 years of experience in a psychiatric setting and training/experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy delivery.
