PRN Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and re-evaluating patients to develop and revise individualized plans of care. They will work under the supervision of a physician to ensure effective rehabilitation and discharge planning for residents.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program. Additionally, an active state license and adherence to all certification and licensure requirements are mandatory.
