About the Position
At Big Stone Therapies, you are part of a comprehensive health family that is rooted in our core values of faith, family, fairness, and fun. We are a growing company looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team in the community of Montevideo, MN.
- Job Title: Physical Therapist
- Location: Luther Haven
- Position type: Part-time or Full-time, benefited, 0.6-1.0 FTE
Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 24-40 hours per week, depending on candidate preference, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
Settings: This position will primarily serve patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF/LTC) setting, with additional opportunities to provide care in Assisted Living and Independent Living (ALF/ILF) settings.

Requirements
Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. They must have, or be eligible for, OT licensing in Minnesota.
