Hospice Registered Nurse Triage (Part-Time)

What Is Required?
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current State License as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse required
- 3 years of experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting and 1 year of supervisory experience
- Experience in hospice or home health environment is preferred
You will report to the Branch Director.

Key Responsibilities
The Triage Nurse provides patient care across the entire continuum, ensuring quality service for patients in their homes. They are responsible for delivering the right care at the right time while reporting to the Branch Director.
Requirements
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current State License as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. The role requires 3 years of clinical experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, with preference given to those with hospice or home health backgrounds.
