Key Responsibilities

The Director of Physician Relations is responsible for cultivating and expanding referral relationships with optometrists and primary care physicians to drive patient volume. This includes conducting field visits, managing referral coordinators, and analyzing territory performance against KPIs.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in healthcare sales or physician relations, preferably within the vision care industry. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
