Occupational Therapist at St Joseph Hospital Eureka. This position is Full time and will work 8-hour Day Shifts.

The Staff Occupational Therapist (OTR) is responsible for completing evaluations, developing written treatment plans, and providing on-going treatments that are designed to improve the patient's functional status in conjunction with overall treatment objectives. Meets all clinical, organizational and position requirements as defined in the Occupational Therapy policies for Scope of Practice and Professional Standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy; graduation from accredited college or university or
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy; graduation from accredited college or university
  • Upon hire: California Occupational Therapist License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year experience working as an Occupational Therapist
  • Epic EMR experience

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
