Job Description

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Hampton, VA or Newport News, VA | Clinic-Based
  • $90,000-$110,000/year

HealthPro Pediatrics is growing our Hampton & Newport News ABA teams and we're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment to join us!

Our clinic embraces a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach to ABA. We believe meaningful progress happens through trusting relationships, motivation, and individualized treatment—not one-size-fits-all programming. Our clinicians utilize Natural Environment Teaching (NET) strategies based on clinical judgment and what best meets each child's unique needs.

  • Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
  • Monday-Friday schedule with sessions typically ending by 6:00 PM
  • 25 hrs/week billable requirement
  • Optional weekend make-up days for cancellations/closures.
  • Comprehensive benefits for Full-Time employees including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), generous PTO, and more!
  • Part-Time benefit options available

Why BCBAs Love Working Here

  • Play-based, assent-based, child-led therapy model
  • Clinical autonomy to implement interventions that best support each learner
  • Customizable caseloads based on your skills, experience, and comfort to ensure you can focus on providing quality care!
  • Multidisciplinary team of ABA and outpatient pediatric clinicians
  • Structured mentorship, supervision, and guidance for newer clinicians
  • Collaborative team culture where your ideas and expertise are valued
  • Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development
