Surgical Services Advanced Practice Provider NP / PA

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider assists physicians in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients, including performing physical exams and specialized diagnostic procedures. They are also responsible for documenting care, educating patients, and training other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Candidates must have completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and hold a valid license in the state of Georgia. Certification by the ANCC or NCCPA is required, and at least one year of experience in high acuity clinical specialties is preferred.
