Empower patients to live safely and productively in their home and complete the tasks they want to do and need to do every day

Help patients and families adapt their environment, modify tasks, and use equipment to improve participation in daily activities and improve quality of life

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy
  • Current State License as an Occupational Therapist
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Current CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination
  • Two years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting

Knowledge and Skills

  • Therapy skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice
  • Good interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

You will work one-on-one with patients in their homes to empower them to live safely and productively. This involves helping patients and families adapt their environments, modify tasks, and utilize equipment to improve daily participation and quality of life.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and a current state license. Additionally, two years of experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting is required along with a valid driver's license and current CPR certification.
