Responsibilities

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Lead Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at Kingston Residence of Hickory, a dynamic and innovative Senior Living Community located in Hickory, NC!

This position serves as the Lead Therapist and primary point of contact, working independently to guide daily therapy operations.

*Setting: Senior Living

*Schedule: Mon -Fri- No Holidays or Weekends!

*Hourly Rate: $42-48/hr

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited programExperience: 0-1 years

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
