Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Internal Medicine

Providence Medical Group is seeking a Internal Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its team in Eureka, California. This is a team-oriented practice highly dedicated towards its mission to care for the poor and vulnerable where you will be primarily providing care for the geriatric population.

The Value of Working with Us

• Outpatient care only
• 0.8 FTE
• Monday to Friday schedule, including admin time
• 2-5 years of experience is preferred
• Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
• Compensation is between $170,612 and $217,790 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position.

In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
