Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our healthcare professionals while ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatment, prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation.

Qualifications

NP / MSN (or advanced practitioner degree)

Current NP CA License - Board Certification

• Exceptional ability to connect and collaborate for impactful patient and team interactions.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork
• 1+ years of clinical experience as a NP in a related area preferred.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
