Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical services including assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans for patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster optimal health outcomes and maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.
Requirements
Must hold an active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner, PA-C, MD, or DO with board certification in a relevant specialty. Requires a strong interest in functional and lifestyle medicine along with excellent communication skills.
