Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will manage medication refills for patients without an assigned PCP to reduce hospital and emergency room visits. They will also provide comprehensive health care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, while offering telehealth support and follow-up care.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an ANA accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a Master’s degree in nursing. A minimum of 2 years of experience, national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and a Massachusetts license are required.
