Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical services including assessments, diagnosis, and personalized treatment plans for patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster optimal health outcomes and document care in the EHR.
Requirements
Requires an active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner, PA-C, MD, or DO with board certification in a relevant specialty. Candidates must have a strong interest in functional and lifestyle medicine and excellent communication skills.
