Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care through both asynchronous and synchronous modalities while managing a fast-paced caseload. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize clinical workflows and contribute to the development of clinical protocols.

Requirements

Requires an active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license and at least 3 years of experience in adult primary care. Candidates must be technically adept, comfortable with asynchronous care delivery, and possess strong communication skills.
