Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical services including assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans through office visits and telehealth. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster patient relationships and drive optimal health outcomes.
Requirements
Requires an active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner, PA-C, MD, or DO with board certification in a relevant specialty. Candidates must possess a strong interest in functional and lifestyle medicine and be proficient in electronic health records.
