Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner will perform physical exams, manage methadone treatment plans, and provide ongoing case management for patients recovering from substance use disorders. They will also collaborate with the Medical Director and maintain accurate clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record.

Requirements

Candidates must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner with an unrestricted DEA license, CPR certification, and First Aid certification. Experience in substance abuse rehabilitation and electronic medical record documentation is preferred.
