Join UnitedHealth Group as a Nurse Practitioner – Statewide Travel, No Call/Weekends, Loan Repayment in Boise, Idaho, United States. $40,000 Student Loan Repayment Or $25,000 Sign-on Bonus This role requires travel across the entire state of Idaho, approximately 85%25 of the time. All travel expenses are covered, and there is likewise a base salary plus multiple incentives.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage and other plan members to identify and document diagnoses. Educate members on disease processes and medications while collaborating with primary care providers to address gaps in care.
Requirements
Requires an active ANCC or AANP certification in Family, Adult, Geriatric, or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care and an unrestricted state license. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to perform field-based home visits.
