Key Responsibilities
The clinician will provide direct patient care across multiple health centers, including in-person visits, telehealth sessions, and asynchronous e-visits. They are also responsible for managing follow-up care, signing off on lab reports, and supporting the Care Coordination Team.
Requirements
Candidates must have graduated from a recognized Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Midwife training program and hold active licensure in Connecticut or Rhode Island. Experience in sexual and reproductive healthcare is required, along with professional certifications such as ANCC, NCC, ACNM, or NCCPA.
