Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality comprehensive general dentistry (preventive, restorative, cosmetic, implant, emergency)
- Conduct clinical exams, diagnose oral diseases, and develop treatment plans
- Perform procedures including cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, teeth whitening, and implant placement
- Communicate effectively with patients in English and Spanish (preferred) to build trust and patient loyalty
- Maintain infection control, sterilization, and OSHA/ADA clinical standards
- Collaborate with team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Valid Texas dental license or eligible to obtain
- Strong clinical skills in general dentistry
- Commitment to quality patient care and ethical practice
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–3 years of post-doctoral experience (new graduates welcomed)
- Spanish language fluency (highly preferred for patient communication)
- Experience or interest in implant dentistry and cosmetic procedures
- Dental school training in underserved/diverse populations (Texas Tech Hunt School, public health background)
- Mentorship-seeking mindset and willingness to develop comprehensive clinical skills
