About the Role
Biologic Dental PC is looking for a skilled and passionate Endodontist to join our growing team in Portland, OR- we have a fully functioning office connected to our office so we can work in tandem but independently. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care in a modern, forward-thinking dental practice that values precision, innovation, and biological approaches to dentistry.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and surrounding tissues
- Perform root canal therapy, endodontic retreatment, and apicoectomy procedures
- Utilize advanced imaging technology such as cone beam CT (CBCT) for accurate diagnosis
- Collaborate with referring general dentists and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Educate patients on treatment plans, post-operative care, and preventive strategies
- Stay current with the latest advancements in endodontic techniques and materials
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Endodontics specialty program
- Active Oregon dental license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Endodontics (ABE)
- Proficiency with rotary endodontics, microscopy, and digital imaging
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented practice environment
