We're seeking an Associate Dentist to provide comprehensive general dentistry—fillings, cleanings, extractions, and restorations—with opportunities to grow into advanced cases like implants, same-day crowns, and cosmetic dentistry. You'll work 3 days per week alongside experienced clinical leaders who mentor, support, and collaborate with you every step of the way. Compensation

$800–$1,000 guaranteed daily minimum for first 90 days, then 28–34% of Collections

3 Days per week - Flexible schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday

Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive general dentistry including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, and restorative treatments

* Diagnose dental conditions and develop treatment plans in consultation with team dentists

* Perform advanced procedures as skills/confidence grow: same-day crowns (CEREC), implant restorations, cosmetic cases (Invisalign, whitening)

* Maintain high standards of clinical care, patient communication, and infection control

* Contribute to a collegial, mentorship-focused team environment

* Participate in continuing education and skill development as supported by practice leadership

* Manage patient records, treatment documentation, and insurance coordination with administrative team

Required Qualifications

* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited dental school

* Current, valid Texas dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)

* Active malpractice insurance (practice can assist with placement)

* General dentistry competency and patient care orientation

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years post-graduation general dentistry experience (early-career welcome with mentorship)

* Experience or interest in advanced cases: implants, cosmetic dentistry, CEREC/same-day dentistry

* Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach

* Collaborative mindset and willingness to engage with peer mentors

* Interest in part-time or flexible schedule arrangement (not required, but valued)
