Job Description

Associate Dentist with a Path to Partnership: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Tulsa, OK | Full-Time | No Evenings, Weekends or Major Holidays | Signing Bonus + Full Relocation Assistance

Practicing in San Antonio and ready for a market where you can earn more, live better and actually own a practice? A Tulsa private practice that has served the city since 1985 has a real succession plan: the founder is transitioning toward retirement and wants a general dentist to become part of the practice's long-term future, with a partnership opportunity after about 12 months. A signing bonus and full relocation assistance help you make the move.

Tulsa gives you what crowded metros rarely do: higher earning potential, a lower cost of living, shorter commutes and immediate patient demand.

  • The work
  • Comprehensive restorative dentistry, crown and bridge and full-mouth rehabilitation
  • Surgical extractions, implant placement and restoration, and bone grafting
  • Clear aligners, veneers and cosmetic dentistry
  • Sedation dentistry, Botox and facial esthetics, and periodontal procedures

Real clinical autonomy, with mentorship for dentists who want to grow in implants, surgery, sedation and treatment planning

The Practice

  • Established private practice serving Tulsa since 1985, with a founder planning for succession
  • 70+ new patients every month and 1,000+ Google reviews
  • Strong referral network, immediate patient flow and a collaborative, highly experienced team
  • Recently updated office: 9 operatories and 4 hygiene rooms

Open Dental, iTero, CBCT, digital radiography, SprintRay 3D printing, Overjet AI, intraoral cameras, IV sedation permit and online scheduling

Schedule: Full-time. No evenings, no weekends and no major holidays.

What You Need

  • DDS or DMD; experienced general dentists and exceptional residency-trained graduates welcome
  • An Oklahoma dental license, or the ability to obtain one
  • Clinical confidence, interest in comprehensive dentistry and an entrepreneurial, team-first mindset
  • Interest in future ownership and long-term leadership in the practice

Compensation

  • 28%–30% of adjusted production
  • $650–$750 daily guarantee for 3–6 months
  • Expected first-year earnings of $220,000+, and $360,000+ as a mature provider
  • Signing bonus and full relocation assistance
  • Medical, dental and vision insurance, malpractice coverage and 401(k)
  • Partnership opportunity and long-term wealth building through ownership

Why Tulsa

One of America's most affordable metros, with a strong economy, a vibrant restaurant, brewery, arts and music scene, and parks, lakes and golf minutes away. Own a great home for far less than in major cities and spend less time commuting. We welcome dentists relocating from Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Oklahoma City, Kansas City, Memphis and anywhere else.

How to Be Considered

Apply with your CV and a short note on your license status, the procedures you do today, your interest in ownership and your ideal start date.

This is a confidential search. The practice name is shared after a brief screen, so please do not contact the practice directly.
