Key Responsibilities
The Triage Nurse assesses patient medical problems and complaints by phone to determine the appropriate level of care. They also provide patient education, manage care coordination, and accurately document all interactions in the electronic health record.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an RN license from an accredited school and be bilingual in Spanish and English. Two years of experience in community health is preferred, and applicants must reside within one hour of the clinic locations.
