Join Villa Maria Nursing Ctr & Rehab as a Director of Nursing – Bilingual, No Call in Hialeah Gardens, FL, US. & Objective The Director, Nursing Services assumes authority and responsibility for planning, organizing, implementing, directing, evaluating and controlling the overall operation of the Nursing Department. The Director of Nursing has 24/7 responsibility of the Nursing Department.

Requirements
Candidates must hold a BSN degree and a clear, active Registered Nurse license in Florida, with 2+ years of nursing supervisory experience. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required, along with knowledge of clinical software and healthcare regulations.
