Key Responsibilities

The professional provides brief, goal-focused therapy and crisis intervention to patients while coordinating care for those with complex co-morbid conditions. They also act as a consultant to the care team and assist in implementing quality improvement programs.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a relevant Master's degree and be a licensed professional such as an LCSW, LPC, PhD, or PsyD. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, along with experience in short-term therapy within a healthcare setting.
