Job description
We are seeking a Bilingual Therapist (English/Spanish) to provide high-quality,
culturally responsive mental health services to a diverse client population.
This role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives
of individuals and families while working within a supportive, collaborative,
and mission-driven environment.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position that is split between our Dixon
office and an on-site, co-located setting at Sister Carmen Community Center. The
therapist will work closely with community partners and interdisciplinary team
members to increase access to behavioral health services and support the unique
needs of the communities we serve.

What we need for this job
* Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related degree
* One (1) or more years experience in a clinical environment
* Passionate advocate for clients and families who have experienced oppression
or discrimination
* Within 24 months acquire full license of LCSW, LPC, LAC, or LMFT
* Collaborative, and client centered experience
* Experience using of Motivational Interviewing, TF-CBT, DBT, or CBT in a
clinical environment
