One Health is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our nonprofit health care clinic in charming Sheridan, Wyoming. Experience is preferred, but we will also consider new grads!

The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages within an integrated, multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, and participating in quality improvement and community health initiatives.
Candidates must be licensed in Wyoming as a PA or CNP and hold a valid driver's license. While 3–5 years of clinical experience is preferred, the organization welcomes new graduates and provides a structured transition to practice program.
