• Location: Powell & Greybull
• Schedule: Full-time | 3-4 days in Powell/ 1-2 days in Greybull
• Salary: $105,083 (New Grad)/$119,203.00 - $123,905/year (DOE)

• As a PA or FNP at One Health, you will:
• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated health services
• Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention

Qualifications

• Licensed in Wyoming as a PA or FNP
• Registered or registry-eligible with the DEA
• Valid driver’s license
• Preferred: 3–5 years of clinical experience, DOT certification (or ability to obtain)
