Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist) – Children & Adolescents – Remote California
100% Remote- Must Hold an Active California License | $70–$80/Hour | 1099 Independent Contractor | Flexible Schedule | 20+ Hours/Week
Open Mind Health (OMH) is expanding and actively recruiting fully licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist [PsyD/PhD]) with experience and interest in providing virtual mental health care to children and adolescents.
This opportunity is designed for clinicians comfortable supporting younger clients with behavioral, emotional, developmental, family, school, and life challenges while collaborating with parents or caregivers when clinically appropriate.
This is a 100% remote telehealth opportunity offering $70–$80/hour, flexible scheduling, and a minimum commitment of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.
Please note: Applicants may reside outside California. Active, unrestricted California clinical licensure is required, as this position serves clients located in California. We are not currently accepting associate-level applicants for this role.

What You'll Do
- Provide virtual psychotherapy to children and adolescents
- Assess developmental, behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs
- Develop age-appropriate individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers when clinically appropriate
- Deliver evidence-guided, culturally responsive, client-centered care
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the broader care team as appropriate
- Practice within applicable professional, licensing, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist [PsyD/PhD])
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care
- Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms
- Passion for providing culturally responsive, client-centered care
- Ability to maintain a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing psychotherapy to children and/or adolescents
- Experience addressing youth behavioral health concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, emotional regulation, school-related concerns, family dynamics, or life transitions
- Experience engaging parents and caregivers as part of treatment when clinically appropriate
- Telehealth experience
- Licensure in multiple states
- Additional language proficiency; Spanish is highly desirable
- Experience working with diverse or underserved youth and families
- Compensation & Engagement Type

Compensation within the posted range is based on relevant clinical expertise, years of experience, and licensure.
