Regional Manager of Clinical Applications - Radiologist Support

When you join RadNet as a Regional Manager of Clinical Applications - Radiologist Support, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will

Coach, mentor, guide and support fellow Clinical Applications Specialists.

Collaborate with Clinical Applications Specialists, IT Operations, Operational & Radiologist Leadership, and other partners to assess and deliver on the functional needs of the business concerning Clinical Applications and Radiologist Support.

Monitor, assist with, resolve or escalate issues where appropriate, service tickets, and projects pertaining to Clinical Applications and Radiologist workflows.

• Coordinate new/refresher Rad Trainings.
• Coordinate regional coverage to ensure support availability in the region.
• Track problems and work towards their resolution.
• Lead direct projects in the region as well as participate/assist in projects/initiatives in sister regions and affiliate companies.
• Ensure service levels stay within the expected range.
• Maintain local relationships with Medical Directors, Radiologists, and Radiology Managers.
• Model behavior of Clinical Application support position and develop skills of other team members.

Collaborate with local IT Ops on local projects/issues and bring in appropriate Rad support team members within their regions.

Advocate for radiologist-related system enhancements and collaborate with the Clinical Systems and PACS teams to insert ideas into the development cycle.

• Maintain Radiologist Support & Radlink Escalation Resource for IT Ops.
• Coordinate and maintain Rad Workflow and functionality testing for Clinical System Upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customers’ complex technical problems.
• Stay acquainted with clinical systems (RIS, PACS, report generation, and advanced visualization solutions) related to radiologists' workflow (including new viewers).
• Go-Live/New System Implementation coordination and support as needed.

• To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, clinical, life sciences, information technology, or related field.
• Must have a Technologist background with cross-sectional imaging experience OR an IS Professional background.
• 10+ years of RIS/PACS/Report Generation experience required with prior management experience preferred.
• Candidates must be proficient in total workflow review.

Outstanding communication skills and ability to work harmoniously with individuals at every level within the organization.

Must be self-motivated and able to work well with our Radiologists and various Operational leadership nation-wide.

Experience leading a team through various projects is required.

• Pay Range: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
