The Clinical Subject Matter Expert will partner with healthcare providers and leadership to optimize clinical workflows and drive productivity improvements. They will lead onsite client engagements, analyze operational data to identify margin improvement opportunities, and facilitate change management initiatives.
Candidates must hold an active clinical license such as RN, NP, or PA with at least 5 years of direct patient care experience. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years in a Director or higher-level management role within an ambulatory or medical group setting is required.
