Key Responsibilities
The Executive Director provides strategic and operational leadership for a multi-state physician services organization to drive growth and financial performance. They are responsible for overseeing practice operations, clinical quality, and patient experience while partnering with physician and executive leadership.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, specifically within multi-site physician practice operations, is required.
