Job Summary Sarasota Memorial First Physicians Group is seeking to employ a Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join their Acute Care Surgery team consisting of surgical ICU, trauma, and emergency general surgery. Sarasota is located approximately 60 minutes south of Tampa.

The Physician Assistant will provide trauma response in the Emergency Department, round in the Surgical Trauma ICU, and assist in surgical procedures in the operating room. They will also manage patient care in the general surgery and trauma acute care outpatient clinic.
Candidates must hold a current NCCPA or ANCC certification and an active Florida license, with a minimum of two years of critical care APP experience. Proficiency in ACLS and BLS is required, while ATLS certification is preferred.
