How you’ll make an impact in this role
Assess patient conditions through initial and ongoing evaluations to design personalized care plans that involve patients and families.
Deliver prescribed physical therapy interventions using established techniques to support patient recovery in an outpatient setting.
Modify treatment plans based on continuous evaluations to ensure safe and effective progress toward health goals.
Guide therapy assistants, students and support personnel to maintain high standards of patient care and team collaboration.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licenses/Certifications/Registration
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Education
Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
