Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to perform patient transfers with assistance as needed from bed, chair and floor, if applicable.

Requirements

• Certifications: Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR); Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA)American Heart Association (AHA).

• Education: Bachelor's Degree: Physical Therapy (Required).

• Work Experience: Outpatient orthopedic.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $36.74per hour.

• Signing bonus: $36,000.
