They also assist with operational and distributive pharmacy services and serve as preceptors for residents and students.
Required qualifications include a PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and an active Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire. Preferred qualifications include one year of acute care hospital pharmacy experience or equivalent, or completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
