Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Evaluations: Perform comprehensive telehealth assessments to identify each child’s strengths and needs.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Create individualized, goal-oriented therapy plans in collaboration with families and care teams.

• Deliver Therapy Services: Provide evidence-based interventions through virtual platforms to promote functional independence.

• Family Coaching: Guide parents, caregivers, and educators on strategies to support progress at home and in daily routines.

Requirements

• Residency: Must reside in Washington State.

• Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (required).

• Licensure: Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license.

• Experience: Pediatric OT experience required; telehealth experience strongly preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $79,040 - $95,680/year
