Competitive Compensation
- $80,000 – $100,000 annually depending on experience
- Performance-based bonuses for clinical staff (up to $2,000 annually)

Who You Are
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington
- Pediatric experience preferred (1+ years)
- Master’s or Doctorate in OT required (unless grandfathered under bachelor’s accreditation transition)

Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington and possess a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy. At least one year of pediatric experience is preferred.
