About the Role
Hello, SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based position in Aurora, CO. You’ll support middle school students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship provided.

- What You’ll Do
- Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
- Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- What We’re Looking For
- Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- School-based experience preferred, not required

Requirements
Requires a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a valid Colorado State SLP license. Candidates must also hold or be willing to obtain Colorado CDE Certification.
