Perform fluoroscopy-guided spine procedures and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for patients. Provide outpatient care across multiple clinic locations including Tulsa, Muskogee, and Bartlesville.
Requirements
Requires an MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Pain Medicine or related fields and a valid Oklahoma medical license. Fellowship training in Pain Medicine or Interventional Spine is strongly preferred.
