Job DetailsJob Location: 1919 Wheeling - Tulsa, OK 74104Position Type: Full TimeThe Spine & Pain Center Family Medicine Physician Outpatient only · No nights or weekends · Sign-on bonus About the role The Spine & Pain Center is looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Family Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient team. This is a practice built around meaningful patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and a team culture that values providers as much as patients. This role is an excellent fit for a physician passionate about primary care who may also have an interest or background in pain medicine, urgent care, neurology, or orthopedics. No hospital rounding. No call. Just focused, high-quality outpatient medicine. Locations Home base in Tulsa, with scheduled travel to satellite clinics in Muskogee and Bartlesville.

Schedule Mon – Thu7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday7:30 AM – 12:00 PM No nights. No weekends. No hospital rounding. Half-day Fridays.

Key responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients across a broad range of acute and chronic conditions Perform patient assessments, physical examinations, and sound medical decision-making Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies Educate patients on preventive care, medications, and chronic disease management Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR Coordinate care with internal clinical staff and outside providers as needed Travel between Tulsa, Muskogee, and Bartlesville clinics as scheduled (mileage reimbursement provided) Contribute to a respectful, patient-centered clinic culture Qualifications

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine. An active or eligible Oklahoma state medical license and DEA registration are required.
